Clear answers, without embarrassment

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Everything is held in a temperature-controlled warehouse in Saudi Arabia, under the conditions each manufacturer specifies. This matters more here than elsewhere: heat degrades active ingredients, and our supplements, organic balms and intimate care formulas are all sensitive to it. Your order leaves us intact.
  • Every brand is reviewed before it reaches you: what is in the formula, what evidence supports the claim, how it is made, and whether it suits the realities of life in the Gulf, including our climate and our customs. If a product cannot survive that review, it does not reach the shelf.
  • Our products are supplements, menstrual care and intimate care. They are not medicines and they do not replace medical advice. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication or managing a diagnosed condition, check with your doctor or pharmacist first. And if something hurts, changes suddenly, or simply does not feel right, see a clinician. We would rather lose a sale than have you delay care.
  • Saudi Arabia: 1 to 3 business days after dispatch. Rest of the GCC: 3 to 5 business days. Rest of MENA: 5 to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking link the moment your order leaves the warehouse.
  • Many of our brands use recyclable or plastic-reduced packaging, and it is one of the criteria we weigh when selecting them. We will not tell you it is true of every product, because it is not yet. Where a brand has made a specific commitment, you will find it stated on that product page.
  • Because silence has a cost. Women in our region grow up with far more shame than information about menstruation, fertility and menopause, and that gap surfaces later as untreated pain, delayed diagnoses and decisions made in the dark. We use the correct words for the body. Not to provoke, but because you cannot care for something you are not allowed to name.
  • We choose brands the way we would choose for a sister. Formulas with published evidence behind them, ingredients we can name and explain, and companies willing to answer difficult questions about how their products are made. Many are small and founded by women who grew tired of waiting for the industry to take their bodies seriously.
  • Every order is delivered by Aramex, dispatched from our warehouse in Saudi Arabia.
  • These products sit against your skin, and some of them go inside your body. That raises the bar. We look at ingredient quality, at dosages that match the published research rather than a label designed to impress, and at materials tested for the tissue they touch. Where a claim rests on a study, we can point you to it.
  • Start from what your body is asking for rather than from a brand. Our Symptoms and Life Stages sections group products by the concern they address, and the quiz narrows it down in a few minutes. If you are still unsure, write to us and a person will answer you.
