Welcome to Banat Nareng: a space built to break the silence around women's health, where science meets care and nothing about your body is treated as taboo. These Terms set out the agreement between you and us when you use our website and buy from our store. Please read them; using the site means you accept them.

1. Who we are

Banat Nareng is operated by Nareng Healthcare, a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration No. 7051726326. You can reach us at support@narenghealthcare.com.

2. Using our store

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to purchase from us. You agree to provide accurate account and delivery information and to use the site lawfully and respectfully.

3. Products and health information

We curate menstrual care, intimate care, supplements, and wellness essentials with genuine care for accuracy. However, the information on our site, including product descriptions and content in our Health Library, is for general education only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Our supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing a health condition, please speak with your doctor before use.

4. Orders, prices and payment

All prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR). We do our best to keep pricing and availability accurate, but we reserve the right to correct errors, refuse or cancel an order, and adjust prices before dispatch. Your order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email, and payment is processed through secure, approved payment providers.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery timelines, fees, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms. In line with the Saudi E-Commerce Law, certain products, including menstrual care, intimate care, and ingestible supplements, cannot be returned once opened or unsealed, for hygiene and safety reasons. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including our name, logo, text, imagery, and design, belongs to Banat Nareng or our partners and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or restrict access if these Terms are breached.

8. Limitation of liability

We provide our store and content in good faith and to the best of our ability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Banat Nareng is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products, beyond the value of the order concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under Saudi law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of its competent courts.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date.
