Delivery Times
Saudi Arabia: 2–4 business days
Rest of GCC: 3–6 business days
Wider MENA: 5–10 business days

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking link to follow it to your door.

Shipping Fees
Saudi Arabia: A flat rate of SAR 25, free on all orders over SAR 250.
Rest of GCC: A flat rate of SAR 75, free on all orders over SAR 500.
Wider MENA: A flat rate of SAR 120.

Your shipping fee is shown clearly at checkout before you pay, based on your location and order value.

Storage & Handling
All Banat Nareng products are stored in our temperature-controlled facility in Saudi Arabia and maintained according to manufacturer-recommended conditions to preserve the integrity of every formula, from supplements to intimate care products.

Each order is packed and dispatched with the same level of care it was stored with.
