What a kit is
A kit is two or three products from our shelves, chosen to work side by side for one need and sent in a single order. Every product inside also has its own page, so you can buy it separately, and each kit page lists its exact contents, how to use them and who should check with a doctor first.
How to choose by need
Start from what you feel most, not from a product. For the days of your period, the Period Essentials Kit pairs organic cotton pads with PMS Hero and HIRO electrolytes. For the days before, the Cycle Care Kit brings three supplements to take all month. Unable to switch off? The Stress & Sleep Kit brings a daily magnesium supplement and two plant based patches together. For intimate balance there is the Vaginal Balance Kit.
Kits for life stages
The Perimenopause Kit gathers PeriMenoFriend, Meno Mood and ashwagandha; these are food supplements and contain no hormones. The Pregnancy Essentials Kit is meant to be used alongside medical follow up, with every supplement checked with your doctor or midwife.
Before you start
Read each product's instructions and avoid doubling the same nutrient across kits and other supplements. Many routines ask for at least two months before you judge them. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or take medication, check with your doctor first.
