Urinary Tract Care Kit

How to use

• Ultimate UT: 1 sachet daily, sprinkled over food or dissolved in water, preferably in the morning.
• pH Hero®: 1 capsule daily, ideally on an empty stomach.
• HIRO Hydration Tablets: dissolve 2 tablets in about 300 ml of water, when you need a hydration boost.

Good to know

• These products are not a treatment for a urinary tract infection.
• If you have a fever, back pain, blood in your urine or symptoms that do not settle, see a doctor straight away.
• If you take antibiotics, space Ultimate UT 2 to 4 hours apart.
• If you have diabetes, are pregnant or breastfeeding, check with your doctor first.

Ultimate UT (per sachet)

• Lactobacillus crispatus LBV88, rhamnosus LBV96, gasseri LBV150N and jensenii LBV116 (about 2.5 billion live cultures by end of shelf life), D-mannose 2 mg, inulin.

pH Hero® (per capsule)

• Parsley extract 4:1 (250 mg), cranberry extract 36:1 (111 mg), inulin (100 mg), five Lactobacillus strains (20 billion live cultures), stinging nettle extract 4:1 (69 mg), sea buckthorn extract 10:1 (50 mg), vitamin B6 2.8 mg (200% NRV).

HIRO Hydration Tablets (per 2 tablets)

• Potassium 300 mg, chloride 180 mg, sodium 116 mg, magnesium 65 mg, zinc 2 mg, manganese 0.4 mg.

Storage & Handling

All Banat Nareng products are stored in our temperature-controlled warehouse in Saudi Arabia, maintained according to manufacturer-recommended conditions to preserve the integrity of every formula, from supplements to intimate care.

Each order is packed and dispatched with the same level of care it was stored with.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We truly hope you love everything you receive. But if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here for you.

In accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law, eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

How to Request

To request a return or an exchange, or to report an issue, email support@narenghealthcare.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

• Your order number
• Proof of purchase
• Photos, if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

For hygiene and safety reasons, and in accordance with Article 16 of the Saudi E-Commerce Law Implementing Regulations, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or unsealed:

• Menstrual care products: pads, tampons, liners, period underwear
• Intimate care products: balms, wash bars, wipes
• Supplements and ingestible products

This does not apply if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will always make it right.

Exchanges

For eligible items, exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
• The replacement item is of equal value, or the price difference is covered accordingly

Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover all related delivery costs.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.
