Collection: Bladder & Urinary Care

Urinary discomfort is one of the most common reasons women see a doctor, and one of the least discussed. Hydration, the heat, pregnancy and menopause can all play a part.

This collection gathers everyday support: Ultimate UT with D-mannose, pH Hero with live cultures, and the Urinary Tract Care Kit that brings them together. Drinking enough water through the day matters as much as any supplement, especially in summer.

These products do not treat an infection. Burning, fever, blood in the urine or back pain need a doctor, and antibiotics when prescribed.

Why urinary discomfort is so common in women

The female urethra is short, which makes it easier for bacteria to reach the bladder. Dehydration in the heat, holding urine for long periods, intimacy, pregnancy and lower oestrogen after menopause can all make the urinary tract more sensitive.

Everyday habits for urinary comfort

Drink water steadily through the day, especially in summer. Empty the bladder regularly and after intimacy. Wipe from front to back, choose breathable cotton underwear, and avoid perfumed washes on the intimate area.

Support in this collection

Ultimate UT combines D-mannose with four Lactobacillus strains, for daily urinary comfort. pH Hero provides live cultures, and the Urinary Tract Care Kit brings them together.

These products are not a treatment

Burning when passing urine, needing to go very often, cloudy or bloody urine, fever or back pain can mean an infection that needs a doctor and, when prescribed, antibiotics. Do not wait, especially during pregnancy.
