Refund policy

We truly hope you love everything you receive.
But if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here for you.

In accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law, eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

How to Request

To request a return, exchange, or report an issue, please email support@narenghealthcare.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

  • Your order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos, if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

For hygiene and safety reasons, and in accordance with Article 16 of the Saudi E-Commerce Law Implementing Regulations, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or unsealed:

  • Menstrual care products: pads, tampons, liners, period underwear
  • Intimate care products: balms, wash bars, wipes
  • Supplements and ingestible products

This does not apply if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will always make it right.

Exchanges

For eligible items, exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
  • The replacement item is of equal value, or the price difference is covered accordingly

Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover all related delivery costs.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method used during checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our side
