Baûbo's intimate cleansing bar is a gentle, soap-free bar at pH 5.5, made with plant-based cleansers, a prebiotic from red kapok flower, calendula and red clay. It cleanses the external intimate area while respecting its natural balance.

Frequently asked questions

Is it a soap?
It looks and lathers like a small soap bar, but it is soap free: it cleanses with mild plant-based surfactants instead of alkaline soap, at pH 5.5.

How do I use it?
Wet the bar, apply gently to the external intimate area only, lather lightly and rinse well. Use daily or whenever needed.

Should I wash inside the vagina?
No. The vagina cleans itself. Only the external area (the vulva) needs gentle cleansing.

Can I use it during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
The formula is gentle and fragrance free. During pregnancy or breastfeeding, please check with your doctor or midwife first.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We truly hope you love everything you receive. But if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here for you.

In accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law, eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

How to Request

To request a return or an exchange, or to report an issue, email support@narenghealthcare.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

Your order number
Proof of purchase
Photos, if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

For hygiene and safety reasons, and in accordance with Article 16 of the Saudi E-Commerce Law Implementing Regulations, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or unsealed:

Menstrual care products: pads, tampons, liners, period underwear
Intimate care products: balms, wash bars, wipes
Supplements and ingestible products

This does not apply if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will always make it right.

Exchanges

For eligible items, exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
The replacement item is of equal value, or the price difference is covered accordingly

Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
