Collection: Baûbo

Baûbo was founded in France by Bethsabée and Cécilia, who named it after Baubô, the figure of Greek myth who made a grieving goddess laugh again. Their conviction: the vulva deserves the same care, and the same words, as any other part of the body.

Their organic, fragrance free range includes the Soothing Vulva Balm, the Intimate Cleansing Bar, the Nourishing Balm, the Firming Body Balm and the Soothing Balm for sensitive areas. New to the brand? Start with the Intimate Care Discovery Kit.

The balms are for external use and are not lubricants.

One product for each area

Baûbo makes certified organic or 100% natural care in France, and each product is written for a specific part of the body. That precision matters: the vulva, the skin around the anus and the rest of the body have different needs.

Which balm for which need

For dryness, irritation or friction of the vulva, choose the Soothing Vulva Balm. To wash the external intimate area, the Intimate Cleansing Bar is soap free at pH 5.5. For rawness around the anus after heat, sport or birth, there is the Soothing Balm. The Nourishing Balm is for dry hands, heels, lips and hair ends, not for mucous membranes, and the Firming Body Balm cares for the chest, stomach and hips. To try several at once, start with the Intimate Care Discovery Kit.

Gentle care, without myths

The vagina cleans itself; only the external area needs washing. The balms are not lubricants and should not be used with latex. The Firming Body Balm contains essential oils, so Baûbo does not recommend it during pregnancy or breastfeeding; for the others, check with your doctor or midwife at those times.

When to see a doctor

If dryness or irritation persists, or comes with unusual discharge, odour or pain, see a doctor. More in Vaginal Health.
