How to use

• Cleanse: wet the bar, apply gently to the external intimate area only, lather lightly and rinse well.
• Soothe: apply a small amount of balm to clean, dry skin of the vulva whenever needed.

Good to know

• External use only. The balm is not a lubricant and should not be used with latex.
• During pregnancy or breastfeeding, check with your doctor first.
• If discomfort persists, or comes with unusual discharge, odour or pain, please see a doctor.

Soothing Vulva Balm

• Coconut, sunflower, jojoba and avocado oils, beeswax, calendula flower extract. 100% of ingredients from organic farming, COSMOS Organic certified.

Intimate Cleansing Bar

• Organic Calybiota®: prebiotic from red kapok flower, helps balance the intimate flora.
• Coconut oil: softening and moisturising.
• Calendula extract: known for soothing delicate skin.
• Plum oil: softening, antioxidant.
• Red clay: gentle cleansing, rich in minerals.
• Other natural ingredients: sunflower seed oil, pink clay, glycerin and plant based cleansers.

Every order is prepared with care and intention, and delivered across the GCC and wider MENA region.

Delivery Times

• Saudi Arabia: 1 to 3 business days
• Rest of GCC: 3 to 6 business days
• Rest of MENA: 5 to 10 business days

Storage & Handling

All Banat Nareng products are stored in our temperature-controlled warehouse in Saudi Arabia, maintained according to manufacturer-recommended conditions to preserve the integrity of every formula, from supplements to intimate care.

Each order is packed and dispatched with the same level of care it was stored with.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We truly hope you love everything you receive. But if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here for you.

In accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law, eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

How to Request

To request a return or an exchange, or to report an issue, email support@narenghealthcare.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

• Your order number
• Proof of purchase
• Photos, if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

For hygiene and safety reasons, and in accordance with Article 16 of the Saudi E-Commerce Law Implementing Regulations, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or unsealed:

• Menstrual care products: pads, tampons, liners, period underwear
• Intimate care products: balms, wash bars, wipes
• Supplements and ingestible products

This does not apply if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will always make it right.

Exchanges

For eligible items, exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
• The replacement item is of equal value, or the price difference is covered accordingly

Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover all related delivery costs.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.
