Adaye
Shop collectionAdaye was founded by Shereen after years of living with PCOS and fibroids made her look closely at what she was putting against her body every month.
The range is made of organic cotton, with no dyes, rayon, fragrance or chlorine bleaching: Rest-Assured pads in regular and super, panty liners for everyday, and GOTS certified Barely-There tampons with an applicator. Everything comes individually wrapped in plastic free, biodegradable packaging.
With tampons, always use the lowest absorbency that suits your flow and read the leaflet about toxic shock syndrome.

Anxiety & Stress
Shop collectionStress rarely stays in the mind. It shows up in shoulders that will not drop, sleep that comes late, a short temper before a period, or the restless nights of perimenopause.
This collection gathers gentle daily support: GUUD Vibes, where magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to normal psychological function; Ashwagandha KSM‑66, an adaptogen with a long traditional use; Meno Mood for the menopause years; the plant based Calm Vibes Only patches; and the Stress & Sleep Kit.
These products are not a treatment for anxiety. If worry or low mood is affecting daily life, please speak to a doctor or a mental health professional.

Baûbo
Shop collectionBaûbo was founded in France by Bethsabée and Cécilia, who named it after Baubô, the figure of Greek myth who made a grieving goddess laugh again. Their conviction: the vulva deserves the same care, and the same words, as any other part of the body.
Their organic, fragrance free range includes the Soothing Vulva Balm, the Intimate Cleansing Bar, the Nourishing Balm, the Firming Body Balm and the Soothing Balm for sensitive areas. New to the brand? Start with the Intimate Care Discovery Kit.
The balms are for external use and are not lubricants.

Bladder & Urinary Care
Shop collectionUrinary discomfort is one of the most common reasons women see a doctor, and one of the least discussed. Hydration, the heat, pregnancy and menopause can all play a part.
This collection gathers everyday support: Ultimate UT with D-mannose, pH Hero with live cultures, and the Urinary Tract Care Kit that brings them together. Drinking enough water through the day matters as much as any supplement, especially in summer.
These products do not treat an infection. Burning, fever, blood in the urine or back pain need a doctor, and antibiotics when prescribed.

Bloating & Digestion
Shop collectionThe jeans that fit on Monday and not on Thursday: bloating before a period is one of the most common cycle symptoms, and stress, travel and Ramadan routines can all unsettle digestion too.
This collection gathers digestive support: Gut Works with live cultures, Debloat with fennel, dandelion and artichoke, traditionally used to support digestion, the Gut Reset Kit and the Cycle Care Kit for the days before a period.
Bloating that is constant, painful or comes with weight loss or changes in bowel habits should be checked by a doctor.

Botanical & Herbal Support
Shop collectionLong before supplements came in capsules, women in this region reached for black seed, turmeric and herbs passed down from their mothers. This collection keeps that heritage, with modern standards for what goes into each formula.
Here you will find organic Habbat al-Barakah oil and black seed soap, organic turmeric, Ashwagandha KSM‑66 and plant based Hapi Patch formulas. We describe each plant by its traditional use and by what the label states, nothing more.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or take medication, please check with your doctor before starting a herbal supplement.

Daily Supplements
Shop collectionA daily supplement only works if it is taken every day, so we kept this shelf simple: clear doses, clear roles, nothing added to impress a label.
You will find GUUD Vitamin D, GUUD Vibes with magnesium and vitamin B6, Women’s ProMulti and the Essential Woman Superblend powder, alongside HIRO electrolyte tablets for hot days and long hours. For pregnancy, see our pregnancy collection.
Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Dr. Vegan
Shop collectionDR.VEGAN® makes plant based supplements in the UK, developed with nutritionists and free from unnecessary additives. They are made for everyone, not only vegans.
We carry their women's health range: MenoFriend and PeriMenoFriend for the menopause years, PMS Hero, pH Hero, Gut Works, Debloat, OsteoFriend, Hair Saviour, Skin Saviour, Women’s ProMulti, Pregnancy Multinutrient, Ashwagandha KSM‑66 and Curcumin & Turmeric.
Each product page shows the full label with doses. During pregnancy, breastfeeding or with medication, please check with your doctor first.

Energy & Fatigue
Shop collectionTiredness in women is often dismissed as normal. Sometimes it is simply a busy life; sometimes it follows the cycle, poor sleep or a heavy period; and sometimes it deserves a blood test.
This collection gathers everyday support: the plant based Energy Boost patches, Ashwagandha KSM‑66 and organic turmeric. For the heat and long days, HIRO electrolyte tablets contain magnesium, which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Fatigue that does not lift with rest, or comes with very heavy periods, should be checked by a doctor, as low iron is common in women.
-
Fertility
Shop collectionA pregnancy starts to be prepared months before a positive test. Folate from three months before conception, balanced nutrition and a healthy vaginal flora are simple foundations, and they matter.
This collection gathers preconception support: GUUD Prenatal with active folate, the Pregnancy Multinutrient with folic acid, pH Hero with live cultures, and the Pregnancy Essentials Kit.
None of it replaces medical care. If you have been trying for a year, or six months after 35, or have a condition affecting your cycle, please speak to your doctor: this collection sits alongside that conversation, not in place of it.

Guud Woman
Shop collectionGUUD Woman began with a personal story. When Morgane was diagnosed with PCOS, she felt the usual options were not enough, so with Jan she developed supplements made by women, for women, in Belgium.
Their plant based range follows a woman's life: Flow for the cycle, Vibes with magnesium, Vitamin D, Glow for skin, hair and nails, Prenatal with active folate, and Perimenopause. Each has one capsule a day and a clearly stated role.
During pregnancy, breastfeeding or with medication, please check with your doctor first.

Hair Health & Hair Loss
Shop collectionHair often changes a few months after the body does: after giving birth, after a stressful period, with perimenopause. Seeing more strands in the brush is common, and usually temporary.
This collection gathers hair support: Hair Saviour and GUUD Glow, where biotin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal hair, the plant based Glow Up patches, and the Skin Glow Kit. Hair grows slowly, so give any supplement at least three months.
Sudden or patchy hair loss, or thinning with fatigue, should be checked by a doctor, as iron and thyroid levels are often involved.
