Pelvic Relief
Shop collectionPelvic Relief was founded in 2014 by Eleanor Gardner, MSc Physiotherapy, to help women manage their intimate health with confidence, from the reproductive years to menopause.
The brand brings microbiome research into simple tools: the Vaginal pH Test Kit to check at home, Ultimate V with live cultures for vaginal balance, and Ultimate UT with D-mannose for urinary comfort. Together they form the Urinary Tract Care Kit and the Vaginal Balance Kit.
These products support everyday balance and do not replace a diagnosis. Unusual symptoms deserve a visit to your doctor.

Perimenopause
Shop collectionPerimenopause can begin in the early forties, sometimes earlier, and it is often missed: cycles that change, hot flushes, broken sleep, a shorter fuse, or brain fog that feels unlike you.
This collection gathers hormone free support for those years: PeriMenoFriend, rated 5/5 and named Best Perimenopause Supplement by BBC Good Food; GUUD Perimenopause; the Perimenopause Kit; and the Menopause Kit.
Perimenopause is a normal transition, not an illness, but you do not have to push through it alone. If you are considering or using HRT, please check with your doctor before adding a supplement.

Period Cramps & Pain
Shop collectionPeriod pain is common, but common does not mean it has to be endured in silence. For many women, cramps shape the first days of every cycle.
This collection gathers support for those days: PMS Hero, where magnesium contributes to normal muscle function; GUUD Flow; organic turmeric; and two kits, the Period Essentials Kit and the Cycle Care Kit. Warmth, rest and gentle movement help too.
Pain that stops you from working or studying, or gets worse over the years, is not normal: please see a doctor, as conditions such as endometriosis are often diagnosed late.

Period Underwear
Shop collectionPeriod underwear looks and feels like ordinary underwear, with absorbent layers built in. Worn alone or as a backup with a tampon, it means fewer changes, no rustle, and one less thing to carry to school, work or the gym.
Choose by flow: Gaia for medium flow, Callie for heavy flow, and Anthéia and the Glow boxer for very heavy days and nights. Rinse in cold water after each use, then wash as instructed. Read more about the brand in our Réjeanne collection.
For the first cycles, period underwear pairs well with the first period essentials.

Phase 1: Menstruation
Shop collectionDay 1 of the cycle is the first day of bleeding. The uterine lining sheds, hormones are at their lowest, and cramps, tiredness and low energy are common.
This phase is about protection and comfort: organic pads and tampons, period underwear, the Period Essentials Kit and GUUD Flow, where iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Rest when you can; this is not the week to push.
Next phase: Follicular.
-
Phase 2: Follicular
Shop collectionOnce bleeding stops, oestrogen starts to rise. For many women this is when energy, focus and mood return, and skin often looks its best.
It is a good moment to build steady daily habits: Women’s ProMulti, Gut Works with live cultures, GUUD Glow for skin, hair and nails, and HIRO electrolyte tablets for active days.
Previous phase: Menstruation. Next phase: Ovulation.
-
Phase 3: Ovulation
Shop collectionAround the middle of the cycle, oestrogen peaks and an egg is released. Many women feel more energetic and sociable, notice clearer, stretchy discharge, and desire is often higher. It is also the most fertile window.
This phase is about keeping balance: pH Hero with live cultures, the Baûbo Intimate Cleansing Bar and Soothing Vulva Balm for external comfort, organic panty liners, and the Skin Glow Kit.
Previous phase: Follicular. Next phase: Luteal.
-
Phase 4: Luteal
Shop collectionAfter ovulation, progesterone rises. In the last week before a period, many women notice mood swings, bloating, cravings, breast tenderness and lighter sleep: the familiar signs of PMS.
This phase is about preparing gently: PMS Hero and GUUD Vibes, where vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, Debloat, the Cycle Care Kit and the Stress & Sleep Kit.
Previous phase: Ovulation. Next: the cycle starts again with Menstruation.

Postpartum & Breastfeeding
Shop collectionAfter birth, attention turns to the baby, and the mother's own recovery is often an afterthought. Yet the weeks after delivery ask a great deal: healing, broken nights, breastfeeding and a body finding its way back.
This collection gathers support for that time: the Pregnancy Multinutrient, which can be continued while breastfeeding, HIRO electrolyte tablets for hydration, the Baûbo Intimate Cleansing Bar and Soothing Vulva Balm for gentle external care, and Ultimate UT.
Fever, heavy bleeding, pain that worsens, or low mood that does not lift are reasons to call your doctor. Asking for help is part of recovery.

Pregnancy
Shop collectionPregnancy asks a lot of the body: more folate, more iron, more water, and new questions about everything that goes on the skin and in the body.
This collection gathers pregnancy support: GUUD Prenatal and the Pregnancy Multinutrient, with folate recommended from three months before conception and through the whole first trimester; the Pregnancy Essentials Kit; and the Vaginal pH Test Kit to check at home.
Every pregnancy is different. Please check with your doctor or midwife before starting any supplement or product during pregnancy, and keep all your scheduled appointments.

Puberty
Shop collectionThe first period is a beginning, and it deserves to be met with calm, clear words and the right products, not whispers.
This collection gathers gentle first period essentials: organic cotton pads and liners from Adaye, Réjeanne period underwear for school days and nights, and the Baûbo Intimate Cleansing Bar for the external area. Tampons are an option too, once she feels ready.
Cycles are often irregular in the first years. Very heavy bleeding, pain that keeps her home, or no period by 15 are worth a visit to the doctor.
